I've been a long time consumer of Rockport products and always felt the product was excellent, sadly these sandals fall far short of excellence. The elastic in the main body of the shoe is far too tight, I wish I had send them back instead of thinking the elastic would loosen up.
Paris Fashions, 1912 1925 I was really excited when I got these shoes. When I took them out of the box they looked great, but after reading all of the reviews I ordered half a size smaller than my ususal shoe size- They fit great from toe to heel, but the top 'strap' part on the shoe digs in. My feet are a regular width, not wide or narrow, but after about 2 mins you can see a red strap mark on my foot. However, I won't be returning them, they are gorgeous shoes (easy enough to walk in too!) and I want to see if they will loosen up a little with some wear (probably around the house). If your feet are on the more narrow side, this could be a fab shoe...but then again, your foot might slip down and the peep toe strap might get you. If you can take a little pain, great and unusual shoe!
